Movingsounds are a not for profit creative organisation working for social change, empowerment and the spreading of joy and resilience. We build creative connected communities and we believe change is possible for all of us. We are focusing on offering music sessions which include puppetry and movement to those experiencing poor mental health and loneliness . Always participatory, always with people's abilities at the centre. We have adapted our services in lockdown to develop "doorstep" delivery in gardens and driveways and we've felt the warm appreciation of families and carers as people isolated for weeks are finally paid heed to.
