The biggest intervention that goes on in the cultural world in Britain are tax reliefs, and if you look at the film and tv industry, and visual effects, Campaign for the Arts said it’s worth £15bn over the next five years. Those are still there, so that is very much the underpinning of the creative industries, so it’s a matter of not a great deal of extra cash, but it could’ve been a lot worse.
