Jack was the founding Director of the Public Campaign for the Arts, and became Director and CEO of the Campaign for the Arts in 2022.

Previously he was Associate Director of the Arcola Theatre in London, where he directed plays and worked on the production of over a hundred shows.

As a facilitator and workshop leader, Jack has worked in schools and universities across the UK and internationally, and with organisations including the Young Vic and English-Speaking Union.
